Bee Wild Brand project in Sustainability
Bee Wild Brand project in Sustainability

Bee Wild boasted a precious commodity: certified vegan land, teeming with wild bees and strong values. But the model for the business was stuck. Tourism was killing the very land that was supposed to be preserved, and corporate collaborations seemed like greenwashing pitfalls. The challenge: transform a values-driven sanctuary into a sustainable venture without compromising its integrity.

Where We Brought Value

• Brand Strategy to reposition

• Brand Differentiation

• Brand Naming

• Finding sustainable service solutions

• Finding Authenticity in their Purpose

• Logo Design and Brand Styling

What We Brought

  • Brand Strategy to Reposition; We repositioned Bee Wild from a land-based experience to a regenerative systems brand — one that lives far beyond its fields. This shift made it clear: they weren’t just protecting nature, they were activating change.
  • Brand Differentiation; We moved them away from generic eco-tourism and into a category of their own — where impact, not footfall, defines success. By anchoring the brand in purpose and systems thinking, Bee Wild became a credible partner in corporate and community transformation.
  • Brand Naming; We named the business Bee Wild — a name alive with meaning. It’s instinctual, playful, and purposeful. Not polished. Not passive. Just real, wild, and ready to stir action. After all it is the wild bees that are in danger, not the farmed honey bees.
  • Finding Sustainable Services; We helped them replace resource–heavy tourism with regenerative offers — like corporate wellness gardens, pollinator-friendly workspaces, and nature-led education in schools. Services that serve both people and planet.
  • Finding Authenticity in Their Purpose; Through deep brand discovery, we uncovered the truth at the core: Bee Wild wasn’t about land — it was about legacy. About starting with the individual and sparking change from the inside out.
  • Logo Design and Brand Styling; We created a hand-drawn identity that embodied the wild — featuring a bee, a flower with Matisse-like energy, and colours that are full of joy and freedom. A brand that feels alive, grounded, and impossible to replicate.

The Vision

To be a living system — not a static space. A force that pollinates urban spaces, corporate mindsets, and community ecosystems with wild purpose and real environmental impact.

The Brand Solution

We transitioned Bee Wild from conservation to pollination. No longer depending on the values of others — we created a company that plants its own. Today, they’re growing gardens in corporate spaces, sowing seeds in schools, and sparking sustainable change far beyond the farm.

Working with Bee Wild allowed me to bring sustainability to life. By leaning into their vision and values, we shifted the focus from footfall to long–term impact. This project, part of my Level 9 certification, was the turning point that helped me reshape my own process to better support purpose driven businesses in building regenerative, future ready brands.
